Hi, I’m Brian Zolot!

I do a variety of photo & video work, but one of my true creative passions is shooting on Super 8. No matter the occasion, event, or project, Super 8 captures the moment unlike any other medium. The grainy, dreamy feel of the footage brings a sense of nostalgia to the film and the simplicity of the equipment allows me to focus on the most important aspects of filmmaking when shooting a project, telling the story and having fun. In a world today where it seems everyone is jockeying for the best equipment, highest quality footage, and newest gadgets to produce the best content, sometimes all you need is a camera from 1975, a few rolls of film, and a passion for storytelling to truly capture the moment. I would love the opportunity to tell your story through a Super 8 film, and hopefully we become friends along the way!

While I currently live in Denver and can easily get to any of the states surrounding Colorado, I am more than happy to travel for your project. If you have a crazy idea like getting married on top of a mountain or shooting a music video in the middle of the desert, I am able and more than willing to join you on your adventure.
